Intuitive Soul Dance

In today's society many of us live 'separated' from our bodies. There is an imaginary line that separates our mind from our physical body and this becomes disconnected, almost like a robot. We use this robot to do basic day-to-day tasks like eating, bathing, walking, etc... and we leave the rest behind. For example, how many of us feel awkward when dancing in public at a party? How many of us take our bodies for granted?
